California Labor Unions

All employees, by law, are entitled to receive compensation for medical bills and lost wages if they become injured or ill at their workplace. Union workers, however, are afforded more rights and have more legal protection and strength as a group. Labor unions historically have been integral to keeping work sites safe, keeping their members well trained in their industry, and ensuring their members who were involved in workplace accidents have the resources they need. California has many labor union options for workers to choose from.
